The Mission

As universities across Europe increasingly adopt English as a medium of education, the demand for effective support for teaching staff has never been greater. Many lecturers are now expected to teach in English without specialized training in English-medium pedagogy — a challenge that calls for targeted professional development.

My mission is to bridge this gap by equipping university lecturers with the language proficiency, pedagogical strategies, and confidence to deliver engaging, effective courses in English. Through this investment, institutions not only strengthen their international competitiveness but also enhance learning outcomes across their diverse student bodies.

At German universities in particular, English-Medium Education (EME) has become a cornerstone of internationalization efforts. Providing lecturers with the tools to teach successfully in English ensures quality education, enriches students' academic experience, and prepares graduates to thrive in an increasingly globalized professional world.

Methodology & Philosophy

Research-Informed

Every workshop draws on current research in applied linguistics, English-medium education, and higher education pedagogy — ensuring that strategies are evidence-based and effective.

Practical Application

Theory alone doesn't build confidence. Participants practice real teaching scenarios, receive constructive feedback, and leave with tools they can use immediately in their next lecture.

Supportive Environment

A relaxed, encouraging atmosphere is the foundation of every session. Lecturers feel safe to experiment, make mistakes, and grow — without judgment or pressure.
